So nothing was on TV and I knew they released the Wire to HBO on demand subscribers so I just finished watching the first episode. I really couldnt wait until Sunday. I have been feenin' for this last season for a while now. I wont waste it for all my readers that follow the show as well, but they spend way too much time in the precinct and in the mayors office for my taste. I wanted more street stuff on the season premiere. One thing though, Mike is going to be a force. Method Man is back though... and I love me some Meth, and from this one look in his eye, I think they are really going to develop his character this season.

Ok...I'm mad about that friggin trailor. It doesn't really tell a gotdamn thing! I guess it did what it's supposed to do though - TEASE!!!

I already watched it on HBO OnDemand. It was a little slow, but it was all about the introduction. I'm sure it'll get more exciting.
Dang I forgot they show the episodes before they come on that week...thats what I'll be watching tonight! I love the WIRE
My fav show...i am so mad that i can't watch...got that basic running right now...oh well, i guess i will just have to tune into you and by the cd's.
Love The Wire. Doesn't it look funny hearing Marlo talk. Bad boy, but he doesn't have what Stringer and Avon had.

@Don... yeah... I met him in Vegas at the ESPN party during All star weekend and it was just weird having him sit next to me. Its crazy how its so hard to separate people from their characters. The cast was on 10&park today... and dont ask why I was watching 106. I happened to leave work a lil early today and when I'm home I try to catch it since Terrence is a good friend of mine. Its all in support of him and not a like for the show... But anyway, the girls in the audience were going crazy for Snoop. It was so disturbing because I dont think they realized that she is a she. I think they thought that she is a HE. It was frightening... but anyway, it was even weird seeing Marlo speak on there too.

I know I'm @ risk of losin' my black card for this but ummm in all the years that I've had cable TV, [whispering...would you believe me if I told you I've never seen The Wire?!?!]

My brother called me like Tuesday and told me it was on demand...I've been trying to occupy myself with other shows or stuff around the house so I could wait until Sunday...its been hard though.

I LOVE The Wire! So glad I got that OnDemand! Yeah the first episode ws mad slow but you know they have to set everything up first. Not sure I like the addition of the whole newspaper deal but I am interested in seeing how Michael and Marlo take over with them taking cops off the street...should be a great last season!
I'm with Ms. Behaving on this one, I have never seen like a complete episode but I don't do tv series anyway so that makes for a lot of shows I haven't seen - I will be getting on those playoff games tho! Ya heard
