But just because I don't like being in a hot sweaty kitchen all day does NOT mean that I can't throw down if I do get up the notion. Now I can't pull all the tricks out the bag since it's my first time ever posting about me cooking, I think, so yesterday for some reason unbenounced (did you know this word is only in the urban dictionary and not in webster) to me, instead of going out to one of my favorite mexican restaurants in the city after church, I decided to cook mexican at the crib and invite a couple people over. So here was the spread.
I have to give you a close-up of the chicken quesadilla's though because they were the truth.
Had a bottle of Jaillance and Moscato D'Asti (My 2 favorite wines... gotta give a shout to Capcity and Lovebabz, because ever since I went to Nectar with you guys I stay going over there to buy a bottle to keep in the house.) I also made some kettle one cosmos. Would have taken a pic of those but they were going too fast...lol. So it was a great sunday despite hearing of the passing of Isaac Hayes.... RIP!!!
